In addition to eMoney’s Terms of Use, these Allstate Financial Services Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of eMoney’s Wealth Management System (the “Service”) and are provided to you by eMoney Advisor, LLC on behalf of Allstate Financial Services, LLC (“Allstate, us, our, or We”). The Service includes without limitation the application, the consumer site, its text, graphics, interfaces, other content, software, computer code, data, trademarks, logos, slogans, names of products and services, documentation, reports and other components. You accept these terms by accessing and using the Service.

The terms "client" and "customer", as applied in this application and any reports, are used interchangeably. The use of the term "client" does not imply that Allstate Personal Financial Representatives are acting in a fiduciary capacity or that a fiduciary relationship exists between the Allstate Personal Financial Representative and the customer or client. The use of the term "client" should also not be construed to mean that the Allstate Personal Financial Representative is an Investment Advisor Representative. Not all Allstate Personal Financial Representatives utilizing this application are Registered Investment Advisers under the Investment Adviser Act of 1940 or under applicable state law.

Allstate reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. If you do not agree to these Terms as modified, you must stop using the Service. Your continued use of the Service and following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. These Terms governs any updates to the Service that replace or supplement the original version unless such update is accompanied by a separate Terms, in which case those Terms will govern.

The following application and any reports are diagnostic tools intended to review your current financial situation and suggest potential strategies and concepts that may be of benefit. The purpose of the report is to illustrate how accepted financial and estate strategies and concepts may impact your current situation.

Reports are based upon information and assumptions provided by you (the customer). You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information that you have provided to your financial representative. Reports provide broad and general guidelines on the advantages of certain financial strategies and do not constitute a recommendation of any particular technique. You must file any lawsuit or other action directed against Allstate or its corporate affiliates, regarding such damages within one year from the date of the event that caused the damage. Some jurisdictions may not permit some of the above disclaimers, limitations, and exclusions, in which case those non-permitted disclaimers, limitations, and exclusions would not apply to you.The outcomes presented using the Monte Carlo simulation represent only a few of the many possible outcomes.

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Allstate and its corporate affiliates from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, or costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary, and indirect damages) and reasonable attorneys’ fees resulting directly or indirectly from or arising out of your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or eMoney Advisor, LLC’s Terms of Use.
