Synovus Asset Navigator provides a set of diagnostic tools intended to assist you in reviewing your current financial situation, and to illustrate accepted financial and estate planning principles that may improve your current situation and/or help you to move closer to achieving your financial goals.

The tools are provided for informational purposes as a courtesy to you. The accuracy of the information in, reports generated by, and any other output of Synovus Asset Navigator (“SAN”) (the output) is based on our best efforts. It has not been independently verified and is not guaranteed to or by Synovus Securities, Inc. (“SSI”). The output is sensitive to changes in the law, in market conditions, and in your personal or financial circumstances, and is based upon information you provide to us, and upon assumptions that you and SSI have agreed upon. Accordingly, we recommend you review the facts and assumptions frequently. All output should be reviewed in conjunction with your Fact Summary Reports and Sub-Reports within eMoney and this Disclosure page.

The term “plan” or “planning,” when used within this report does not imply that a recommendation has been made to implement one or more financial plans or make a particular investment. Nor does the plan or report provide legal, accounting, financial, tax or other advice. Rather, the report and the illustrations therein provide a summary of certain potential financial strategies. The reports provide projections based on various assumptions and are therefore hypothetical in nature and not guarantees of investment returns. You should consult your tax and/or legal advisors before implementing any transactions and/or strategies concerning your finances.

Additionally, this report may not reflect all holdings or transactions, their costs, or proceeds received by you. It may contain information on assets that are not held at the broker/dealer with whom your financial representative is registered. As such, those assets will not be included on the broker/dealer’s books and records. Prices that may be indicated in this report are obtained from sources we consider reliable but are not guaranteed. Past performance is no guarantee of future performance and it is important to realize that actual results may differ from the projections contained in this report, and that this report should not be considered a guarantee of the results generated by other planning tools used by the preparer.

The assumed investment rates of return, projected valuations, and projected cash flows presented in the output may not accurately reflect the deduction of any commissions, fees, surrender charges or other compensation or costs (costs) from products you own or may own. Cost assumptions may be entered by your Financial Advisor or Planner, and are not guaranteed as to their accuracy. Deduction of such costs will result in a lower rate of return. All rates of return used in this report are for illustration only, are not guaranteed, and do not represent any specific investment results.

It is important to compare the information on this report with the statements you receive from the custodian(s) for your account(s). Please note that there may be variations due to calculation methodologies. If you have any questions, please contact your Financial Advisor or Planner. Also, your account(s) may not be covered by FDIC or SIPC. FDIC and SIPC coverages apply only to certain assets and may be subject to limitations. Questions about coverage that may apply should be directed to your Financial Advisor or Planner.

Tools such as the Monte Carlo simulation will yield different results depending on the variables inputted, and the assumptions underlying the calculation. For those reports that perform a Monte Carlo analysis, the term 'Monte Carlo' will be included in the report title.

Monte Carlo simulation is accomplished by first randomizing, for each year of an iteration, the arithmetic mean return assumption of a given portfolio, within constraints defined by that portfolio’s assumed standard deviation, a measure of its volatility. Then, multiple iterations are performed, up to a maximum of 1000. In this way, a range of possible outcomes representative of that portfolio’s assumed volatility and return characteristics is simulated.

When this process is integrated with other assumptions, including your sources of income, your expenses, other future cash flow elements, and inflation, an estimate of the likelihood of avoiding future cash flow shortfalls is produced.

The outcomes presented using the Monte Carlo simulation represent only a few of the many possible outcomes. Since past performance and market conditions may not be repeated in the future, your investment goals may not be fulfilled by following advice that is based on the projections.

You are not obligated to purchase from Synovus Securities any types of products or services recommended in the plan. However, should you desire to purchase investment products through Synovus such purchases will be directed by the client and affected by Synovus either in its capacity as broker-dealer, investment advisor or insurance agency. If as a broker-dealer, it means you have chosen an account which is a brokerage account and not an advisory account. Accordingly your rights and our duties and obligations to you, including the scope of our fiduciary obligations, could differ. If as an investment advisor, it means you have chosen an account that is a fee-based advisory account in which SSI may have increased fiduciary obligations. Please contact us to discuss the differences. More information is available for both Synovus Securities and Creative Financial Group clients in the combined Form ADV Part 2a document available on the following link:SSI-CFG Form ADV Part 2a.

As a brokerage provider our interest may not appear to be the same as yours. As a broker we are paid both by you and, sometimes by people who compensate us based on what you buy.
